It’s simple: choose a card design to suit your occasion and write your template message (with any additions like images, gifs or even video). Next, upload a list of recipients and their milestones dates via a CSV file, and attach a gift card if you like. We’ll generate each card 2 weeks in advance of its send date - giving you plenty time to personalise it further if needed, and to share it with the team for their own personal messages. At the scheduled date and time, we’ll automatically deliver the card to the recipient’s email inbox.
